How it works

 

When you sign up for MQPONS, we’ll walk you through the setup and use of your new communications platform. We provide you with all the tools you’ll need to build, distribute and track real-time communications with your customers.

Customers sign up with you for mobile messaging in several ways. They can respond to an invitation text message, registering them for future communications. They can complete an online form that we provide, branded with your logo and with your language, either on your website or at mQpons.com. Or they can send an email to an address we provide specifically for your company. Once customers sign up, their contact details will be stored in an encrypted database hosted by mQpons. You’ll have full – and exclusive – control over who sees your customer information. We’ll help you verify customer data, through comparison with other public records and databases. Customers can also enter their contact information in a secure section of the mQpons site and authorize disclosure of that information to you. We have specific and proven sales strategies you can employ to encourage customer registration and participation in the program. We have a strict privacy policy where the customer ultimately controls all aspects of privacy.

How do promotions work? You decide when, what and how to communicate with your loyal customers. You decide whether a text message, email or combination would work best for your specific promotion. The mQpons system flags any failures in messaging, from bounced emails to undelivered text messages, and gives you the tools to keep your contact list updated. You can log into the mQpons portal to view the status of campaigns, check message failures, update contact information, and export data to CMS systems or customer databases.

mQpons has built unique capabilities to ensure customers get their messages, even if their phones are off. At any time, customers can log into the web site to pick up text, email and web-based coupons. They can output the coupons as PDFs, print and forward to others, and opt in and out of future promotions. Only mQpons gives businesses the confidence to assure their customers that all contact information is kept secure, and that customers control at all times who sees the personal information shared.

Private Loging

mQpons gives you a private login to your Customer Administration Portal (“CAP”). On your CAP, you will upload and manage customer details, order point of sale materials, create and distribute campaigns, monitor feedback from customers and measure results. Your CAP provides you with a single point of management for your mobile phone and email messaging.

Custom Keyword

You can’t market to mobile phones without a professional messaging address, and we provide you with a custom keyword of your choice. Every customer receives a customized keyword, and you can purchase a special shortcode. For example, your business will ask customers to text your business name to 41411 to register for campaigns.

Custom Email

We’ll give you a custom email address that customers can contact to enroll in your mobile messaging program. We’ll also provide you with a web-based form that you can embed into your marketing and web sites. We help you automate collection of contact data from your customers.

Promotional Materials

Every new mQpons customer receives promotional materials and a marketing kit, including an initial supply of flyers, signs, and stickers that you can use at your point of sale and in other advertising. We want you to be successful, and encouraging customers to sign up for mobile messaging helps you build your loyalty network.
